PeeWee 2014-15

Northside and District Minor Hockey Association PeeWee division hosted five teams this past year. They included PeeWee A coached by Alex Johnson, PeeWee B coached by Blaine Penny and three C teams, Team 1 coached by Joey Larade, Team 2 coached by Harold Marsh and Team 3 coached by Greg Jessome.

This past year was one to remember for PeeWee hockey on the Northside. Obviously, with five teams there were lots of hockey and tournaments played this year. This could not be achieved without the support of our volunteers who give up their free time to help the kids. All of our teams were very competitive this year.

Our three C teams were in the top half of the league at the end of the year. Team 1 and 2 were very competitive in tournaments and league play. Team 3 won silver in the four tournaments they were in and were the league champions. All of these teams competed and played hard all year.

The PeeWee B team had a great year and were able to compete in the A division thanks to our A team. They won a few and tied some of the games against A teams. They competed in two tournaments winning the gold at the Bobby Joe Ryan Memorial Tournament and losing in the semifinals in Westville. They won their league play but lost in the playdowns.
